Great Irish pub vibe. Big space, good for catching a game. Efficient bartenders but food could be better.

Always a great time here! All of the staff are super friendly and the overall service is wonderful. Definitely recommend!

Just want to say how much I love this place. Come after work with friends sometimes and I like the atmosphere. Lively but comfortable. Drinks are always good!

Delish! Feel so lucky to have this place in the neighborhood. I've had drinks at the bar a couple of times (the interior is very cool!) but regularly order dinner for delivery -- it's quick and the food always arrives hot, and all of the ingredients taste really fresh! Excited to try more of the menu but, for now, can highly recommend the French onion soup, shepard's pie, poached pear salad, bee sting pizza, and the Santa Fe tortilla bowl. Looks like they are affiliated with Woodside Cafe (a lot of menu items overlap) but open later. Enjoy!!!

Today it was refreshing to receive old school hospitality from the gentlemen behind the bar.

Who knew a pub could make such tasty pizza?! Sean Og's is one of the oldest Irish pubs in Woodside, Queens, serving classic pub fare along with other items like salads, brick oven pizzas and sandwiches that they put their own unique twist on. Everything is decently prized and you get very good portions! Plus, the space inside is beautiful! Perfect for an outing with friends or a casual drink We tried: *Mexican Pizza - chorizo, marinara, mozzarella, jalapeno *Jimmy's Rum Punch cocktail *Shepherd's Pie - Guinness simmered ground beef and seasonings topped with homemade mashed potatoes *Chicken Curry - chicken with vegetables in an aromatic Irish Madras curry sauce with rice and fries *Kentucky Mule cocktail **Shots of the pretty space! Check them out if you haven't already! So delicious!!

We came here for date night dinner after learning Woodlot didn't really have any dinner food and man am i grateful for Woodlot's shortcomings. I definitely wouldn't have thought to come here to eat; it looks like a run of the mill Irish pub from outside but i got a VEGAN! sausage sandwich that completely blew me away. They were also kind enough to let me sub in regular mozzarella in place of the vegan mozzarella. We also tried the Irish Curry which was top notch and the shoe string fries were a better version of McDs friea. The bar didn't have any of their frozen cocktails available when we stopped by so we just got basic drinks. I will say the vodka lemonade was waaaay too sweet for me, but I also don't usually order lemonade so maybe that's how it's supposed to be.

This is a neighborhood staple that added food to their menu a few years back. They have a good selection of beer and the food is pretty good! Their pizzas have a surprisingly flavorful crust and some good toppings! Their turkey burger was a frozen flat pattie which they get dinged for, but it was still flavorful and had a TON of fries.

I live literally two steps away from this place and have seen how it has managed over the last few months. First thing I see now when I walk down the block, are the large white Tents along their outside space on the sidewalk. They're the embodiment of the "NY Strong" spirit. They had to shut down for a good spell from March until the Summer, and sadly lost a few good people on their staff to COVID. But now, it's one of the most bustling pubs in a neighborhood that's famous for pubs! They've really turned it around and set up one of the best outdoor seating arrangements in the neighborhood. I've even seen people have to wait in line for a table. I've stopped by a few times to order some take-out food, and I've never been disappointed. Their pizza is pretty decent (I've tried the Italian Sausage, not bad), their burgers and fries are solid (their Woodside Burger is tasty), but their best feature I'd say is their Fish and Chips. They give you real Malt vinegar and the portions are solid, along with the really good quality / taste. Staff are great and coping well, with the frenetic need to run in and out of the pub with food and drinks. Still haven't officially stopped by to get my own table and try what they have on tap but looking forward to it. All waiters wear masks but you're free to take off your own once you're seated of course. Feels good to have a neighborhood spot that's keeping proudly open and serving consistent pub fare. Like a little slice of normalcy in an otherwise insane year. If you're in Woodside, head over there and take a load off.
